CHARIBA EXPERTISE is a Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) set up in 2016 by M. Adnan CHARIBA as a Chartered Public Accountant.

The Company is headquartered in Oujda.

In order to know us more, please find hereafter some reference dates related to the career path of the managing partner of CHARIBA EXPERTISE.

Born in Oujda, M. Adnan CHARIBA has spent all his primary and secondary studies at his native city until obtaining on June 2006 his baccalaureate option mathematics A with the mention well.

Further to four excellent study years in the High Institute For Trade And Business Administration (“ISCAE”) with a fall exchange program at the “Rouen Business School” option “Auditing”, M. Adnan CHARIBA has joined in 2010 PwC Morocco, auditing and advisory office, member of the international network PwC (“PricewaterhouseCoopers”) International Ltd.

In parallel to his professional commitments, the managing partner of CHARIBA EXPERTISE has begun on October 2010 his Chartered Public Accountant studies in ISCAE Casablanca in order to be Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) on May 2015 further to the presentation of a thesis on the subject : “Shipping Agent : legal, accounting and tax aspects and proposition of auditing approach”.

Few months before his CPA graduation, M. Adnan CHARIBA has obtained an IFRS (“International Financial Reporting Standards”) diploma delivered by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) situated in United Kingdom.

The Adnan CHARIBA’ path career is distinguished by an eclectic experience. Indeed, he begins his career as a financial auditor of prestigious Moroccan customers operating notably in the shipping (CMA-CGM Group) and airline sector (Royal Air Maroc). In addition to the statutory audit, M. Adnan Chariba has participated in several contractual audits and special missions such as: financial due diligence, fraud audit,…

After reaching the grade of senior auditor – second year, M. Adnan CHARIBA has joined the tax service line of PwC Morocco as a tax consultant of well-known national and international companies such as: AKWA Group, Al Omrane Group, Procter & Gamble, Google, HP, HSBC, Rolls-Royce, Philips, Kimberly-Clark... He has also participated in multiple tax due diligences and several tax conferences organized by PwC Morocco and IFA Morocco (International Fiscal Association).

Once reaching the grade of Tax Assistant Manager, M. Adnan CHARIBA has decided to set up an accounting, auditing and advisory office. The objective is to share with CHARIBA EXPERTISE’ clients a professional experience situated at the crossroads of several disciplines and distinguished by notable linguistic capacities.
